I appreciated having a fridge and coffee machine for added convenience. However, the decor could use some updates to match the otherwise charming atmosphere of the lodge. The location by the river gave me a chance to enjoy watching seals and birds right outside my window. The outdoor patio was delightful to unwind in. On the downside, the hallway had a slightly strange odor, which was unexpected. It would be great to have a more thorough cleaning of common areas. My overall experience here was quite pleasant with a few tweaks needed to make it a perfect stay.

The lodge was perfect for our family vacation with stunning river views and many outdoor activities nearby. We loved the cozy atmosphere and the fact that there were even friendly locals who made our stay even more enjoyable.

I stayed in the Queen Room with Garden View for 3 nights, and it was pretty cozy! The bed felt like a cloud, and I loved how clean the room was. the lodge is close to beautiful parks and has fantastic riverside views. the staff, especially ian at the front desk, made me feel welcome. the area offers plenty of outdoor activities, making it a great spot for families. i enjoyed the lovely courtyard to chill and unwind.
